John,
Planning for our June conference is ramping up, and I wanted to let you know a few ways you can help make Netroots Nation 2026 the most inclusive, strategic, and engaging conference yet. From scoring panel submissions to volunteering onsite, there are many ways to get involved before and during the conference June 4-6 in Philadelphia.
Here are a few ways you can tap in:
SUBMIT A SESSION PROPOSAL
Our annual session submission process is open all month, so you can submit your own idea for a panel or training by January 30. For 20 years, Netroots has been the place where progress is made. So as we lead Netroots Nation into The Next Movement: Planning and Pushing Toward Progressive Power, we encourage you to present a proposal on any of the critical issues facing the progressive movement, with a keen emphasis on ideas, strategy and ACTION.

HELP SCORE PROPOSALS
Each year, submissions are reviewed by community members from around the country and across the movement—and we'd love your input as well! Signing up to review proposals involves reading and evaluating 20-30 submissions next month. If you submit a session, you can still participate on our evaluation committee.

VOLUNTEER
Volunteering at Netroots Nation is a great way to meet other attendees—plus it’s a ton of fun! Volunteers help with a variety of tasks onsite, including staffing the registration desk, helping with set-up, and assisting in our exhibit hall.

We truly couldn’t pull off this event every year without the help and input of this community. I hope you're able to join us in Philly—and in the lead-up as we work out the details.
With appreciation,
Anthony Robinson
