Apply for WSOS Baccalaureate Scholarship

The Washington State Opportunity Scholarship (WSOS) offers a Baccalaureate Scholarship (BaS) [ [link removed] ] to support Washington students who want a bachelor’s degree in STEM or health care fields. If selected for the scholarship, you could receive up to $22,500 in financial aid and access to mentorship, career training, and other services to help you launch your career in Washington state. The financial aid you receive can be used to cover tuition, along with other necessities like housing, transportation, food, and more.

The BaS application is open until February 26, 2026, at 9 p.m.

*To be eligible, you must:*


* Pursue a STEM or health care major.
* Live in Washington.
* Have a 2.75 GPA in your current high school or college, or have a passing GED score.
* Have a family income that does not exceed 125% of Washington's median family income [ [link removed] ].

You cannot apply for the Baccalaureate Scholarship if you already have a bachelor’s degree. More information can be found on the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship website [ [link removed] ].
