This exhibition features 14 living artists whose paintings and sculptures offer contemporary interpretations of the American West - reshaping how the region is seen, understood, and represented today. On display until May 24, 2026.
RIDE TRINITY METRO TO "NOT STOCK" AT TULIPS
Skip the parking and ride Trinity Metro to Tulips FTW for the annual "Not Stock" festival at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026. The event features headliners The Smithereens, plus Deep Blue Something, The Nixons, and more. The Fifth annual Not Stock Fest, is Tulips’ musical counter to the annual Stock Show and Rodeo taking over most of town this month.
Get there by riding TRE or TEXRail (Tulips is one block away), or take Bus Routes 1, 5 or 6.
Celebrate the Fort Worth Stockyards 136th Anniversary from Jan. 16 through Feb. 8 with Stockyards Style events, including Western Fashion Round Up, trunk shows, happy hours, and rodeo specials from iconic brands throughout the district.
Visitors may also enjoy perks like free admission for kids 12 and under at select Cowtown Coliseum shows and giveaways through the Fort Worth Stockyards App and Heritage Club.
 RIDE ROUTE 2 TO THE KIMBELL'S LUNAR NEW YEAR CELEBRATION
Celebrate the Year of the Horse at the Kimbell Art Museum’s Lunar New Year Celebration on Friday, Feb. 6, 2026 from 5-7 p.m. Ride Trinity Metro Bus Route 2 and enjoy performances, artmaking, and an Asian art-themed scavenger hunt.
This event is free and open to the public, with happy hour refreshments available for purchase.
