Join the Arlington Chamber of Commerce for the Nonprofit Forum: Reopening Strategies on Tuesday, July 28, from 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on the Zoom platform, presented by the Chamber’s Community Action Committee. We will welcome R. Doug Taylor of Bean Kinney & Korman P.C. who will be presenting on the legal aspects of reopening. Topics include procedures for employees, policies for volunteer screening, and other legal aspects of reopening your business. Following the presentation, attendees will utilize breakout sessions to brainstorm ideas for reopening and compare stories. This forum is open to nonprofits and businesses.

The Chamber's monthly Small Business Roundtable offers an important educational opportunity to smaller businesses. The roundtable is free to members but space is limited and registration is requested. The topic of discussion changes monthly, allowing attendees to learn how to enhance their business and increase their success in a different way each month! This event is free for members.

As of the writing of this blog post, we are neck deep in COVID-19 land. The novel coronavirus has taken our health and our economy hostage. Literally every day, we are fighting to not only keep ourselves physically safe, but keep our small businesses and non-profits afloat.
