Hi y'all,

We're less than 100 days from the election and Texas is a battleground. MJ and I have a ton of work to do, and not much time to do it. That's why I'm asking for your help.

Up and down the ballot, candidates are building powerful grassroots campaigns -- like mine in TX-24. I know that this is the year we can finally flip Texas, but the truth is none of us can do it alone.

From local races all the way to the top of the ticket, we need to work together to turn out every single voter we can and chip away at the razor-thin margins we'll need for victory. Pitch in now to make sure MJ and I have the resources we need for a Texas-sized voter turnout operation!

Texas is the key to so many of the things we urgently need to accomplish in our country: protecting our health care, defending Medicare and Social Security, ending the gun violence epidemic -- and so much more.

If we win Texas, we will defend the House majority, flip the Senate, and add a whopping 38 electoral votes in the presidential race. Victory is within reach -- poll after poll has shown Texas is flippable. The presidential race is a toss-up, Sen. John Cornyn's approval ratings are abysmal, and Beth Van Duyne is beatable.

But that means we can count on the powerful special interest forces backing them to dump millions of dollars into Texas. They will fight tooth and nail, and we have to be ready to fight back.

MJ and I aren't career politicians -- we're both working moms who decided to run for office because we want a better world for all of our children. That means we don't have war chests stuffed with special interest cash, and it's why we need you with us.

I'll be blunt: this is going to be a TOUGH race. Our opponents aren't going to give up easy. But neither will we. Will you pitch in now to power our grassroots campaigns and flip Texas?
