The list of pension-related bills introduced for the current legislative session has been updated with the following:

• HB 2414 | SB 6073 – Concerning membership of wildland or aviation firefighters in the law enforcement officers' and firefighters' retirement system.
• HB 2482 – Permitting retired members of the law enforcement officers' and firefighters' retirement system plan 2 to serve as chiefs of police in small police departments.
• HB 2534 – Promoting educational stability for children of military families.
• HB 2561 – Including standby pay as basic salary in the law enforcement officers' and firefighters' retirement system plan 2.
