OVC is seeking population certifications from federally recognized Tribes to signal their intent to apply for the noncompetitive FY 2026 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Grant Program.
All Population Certifications are due by 11:59 p.m. (Alaska time) on Monday, March 23, 2026.
To facilitate this process, we strongly encourage you to acquaint yourselves with our digital Population Certification form. This form has been designed to streamline and simplify the certification process.
Applicants who are applying as an authorized designee of a federally recognized Tribe, as well as applicants who are applying on behalf of a Tribal consortium must submit documentation with their online forms that demonstrates they have the requisite legal authority to complete the submission on behalf of a federally recognized Tribe(s).
