I know there’s a lot of news flying around recently, but I wanted to highlight one thing:

Last week, a Trump Administration official, Brooke Rollins, said one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard: “We've run over 1,000 simulations. It can cost around $3 a meal for a piece of chicken, a piece of broccoli, corn tortilla, and one other thing.”

In other words, the Trump administration believes this is a sufficient meal for the average American:

Honestly — on what planet?

Thanks to the Trump Administration’s reckless tariffs and extreme agenda, grocery prices are SKYROCKETING, and families across Oregon are feeling the squeeze.

On top of that, Trump himself said that the American people’s concerns about affordability are “a hoax.”

Talk about being out of touch.

I’ve had hundreds of conversations with constituents in OR-06, and one thing is clear: Oregonians are struggling and are desperate for change.

That change starts with building a line of defense against Trump’s far-right majority, and flipping the House blue this November. I know $3 isn’t enough to buy anyone dinner, but if enough supporters like you chip in, it will be enough to defend my seat and flip the House blue this November. Can I count on you to chip in and join our fight toward a more affordable future?
