Team,
I found my passion for public service as a student at Salem State University working as an intern in the Salem Planning Department. Life came full circle when I became the first woman mayor of the Witch City.

My time as a local leader – filling potholes, improving our schools, and supporting small business owners – showed me that government should and can be a force for good in our lives.
Now I’m leading Massachusetts alongside the best Governor in the country, Maura Healey.
As we launch our reelection campaign, we’re staying true to the values that brought us into public service in the first place.
It’s why we passed the largest housing bill in our state’s history, capped co-pays and deductibles, made community college free for everyone, and filed legislation last fall to bring down energy costs.
It’s also why we’re going to continue to stand up for Massachusetts when Trump tries to make life harder for our residents.
If you believe as we do that government exists to make lives easier, not harder, I hope that you will support our reelection. [[link removed]]
Thank you,
Kim
