News just broke that another of my opponents in this race sought the support of AIPAC, the PAC MAGA uses to launder far-right donor funds into Democratic primaries.

My opponent still refuses to call what is happening in Gaza a genocide and has accepted the endorsement of 314 Action, a group that was exposed in 2024 for funneling AIPAC money into a Democratic primary race in Oregon.

In the IL-9 Democratic primary, we have:

A candidate who begged for AIPAC’s support and later was endorsed by 314 Action, which has a track record of colluding with AIPAC to secretly funnel money into dem primaries.

A candidate caught redhanded being funded directly by AIPAC donors with a history of giving to Trump and attended a fundraiser hosted by the AIPAC board president himself. She continues to lie to Democrats about their support.

A candidate who suspended his campaign after AIPAC pressured him behind the scenes to drop out, like a good little boy.

AIPAC is coalescing to buy this open seat and they are turning this primary into a circus.

This should alarm Democrats everywhere. AIPAC is bankrolled by the same billionaire donors who helped elect Trump, and now they are trying to influence the outcome of an election in one of the bluest congressional seats in the entire country.

I was born and raised in IL-9. I have a track record of showing up for my community, telling the truth, and fighting to better the lives of my neighbors. We have built this campaign from the support of my neighbors and with the support of thousands of Democrats from across the nation.

But to win, it will require taking on the endless pockets of the MAGA billionaires. And they have a clown car full of candidates ready to sell their soul for this seat. It’s going to take everything we have to stop them.
