Dear Friends of Stanton,
Thank you for being part of the Stanton Family and for the generosity and compassion you show for women and babies who come to us in moments of real vulnerability.
In December, we launched Advent of Hope, a 12-day Sponsored Fast to help cover our core operating costs. Our target was £6,000. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we raised £4,290, a significant and deeply appreciated contribution to our work.
We can now share with you some truly exciting news with an approaching deadline.
A generous benefactor has come forward and offered to match every pound we raise up to £6,000, if we reach that total by 31 January. If we can raise the remaining £1,710, our £6,000 target will be doubled, meaning £12,000 in total for Stanton.
£12,000 would make an enormous difference. It would help ensure that, over the coming months, we can continue to:
- Keep our doors open to women facing unplanned or crisis pregnancies
- Provide compassionate listening, options advice, and practical support
- Offer essential baby items and ongoing care to mothers who feel overwhelmed and alone
Every week, women arrive at our Centre carrying fear, uncertainty, and often a sense that they have nowhere else to turn. Because of supporters like you, they are met with dignity, compassion, and real practical help.
If you were able to donate to Advent of Hope in December, please know how grateful we are for your generosity. We would not be at this point without you. If you are in a position to give again, perhaps even a small amount, your gift now would be doubled and would help us reach this crucial target.
If you weren’t able to donate before, we warmly invite you to consider supporting us now and taking part in this matching opportunity.
Any contribution, no matter the size, will bring us closer to unlocking the full matched donation target and securing vital funding for the months ahead.

Thank you for standing with us and for helping ensure that women and their babies continue to receive the care, support, and hope they so urgently need.
With sincere gratitude,
The Stanton Healthcare Team
