Hi John,

My opponent Rep. Derek Kilmer spent over half a million dollars on ads and mailers…

...in the first two weeks of July alone.

In the same two weeks in 2018, he spent nothing on ads or mailers.

It’s obvious Kilmer is nervous. I don’t have half a million dollars, but I don’t need half a million. Today I need to raise $3,716. Can you rush a $3 donation now to help me get there?

I knew going up against a well-funded corporate incumbent that it would be a David vs. Goliath contest.

Now we’re seeing just how David vs. just how Goliath.

While I doubled my previous quarter, I don’t have half a million to drop on advertising.

Nor do I intend to spend what I have on misleading ads, like Kilmer’s TV ad that claims he supports “universal health care” when his plan would actually leave 10-15 million people uninsured.

But you know what? That’s OK.

He has money power. We have people power.

Thanks to our people, we’ve made 700,000 calls to voters in the 6th District.

And while I don’t need millions of dollars like Kilmer, I do need money to fund our people and all the calls they’re making. We’re also about to start running some new ads.

We only have 9 days left until voting ends.

Please chip in $3 now to help me raise the $3,716 more I need this weekend, so I can win and fight for Medicare for All in Congress:
