Across Canada, no two care experiences are alike for people with Parkinson’s. Long wait times, delayed diagnosis, travelling long distances to access specialists – these are all too common stories we hear. At Parkinson Canada, we’re aiming to improve how people with Parkinson’s receive care, and to do that, we want to hear from you.

We’re conducting a short survey to better understand the experiences of people with Parkinson’s within the health care system. Ultimately, your responses will inform our planning as we work with all levels of government to create a more supportive and collaborative system for all.

• We’re asking people with Parkinson’s to complete this survey. Alternatively, a care partner may fill out the survey on their behalf.
• This survey will take 10-12 minutes to complete (must be completed in one sitting).
