Breaking: Rep. Pete Stauber’s resolution to overturn the 20-year mining ban protecting the Boundary Waters is being voted on TODAY in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Rep. Stauber is using the Congressional Review Act, a fast-track process, never before used in this manner , that forces a simple-majority congressional vote. The window to stop this is narrowing.
