John,
I wanted to share a brief behind the scenes perspective from your CT Dems team.
As we head into 2026, a midterm election year, the first quarter is when we get the clearest picture of what we will be able to do in the months ahead. And the honest truth is that support right now makes a real difference.
Early in the year, outreach is more affordable. Vendor rates are lower, and a contribution in Q1 goes further than the same gift later on.
Q1 support also gives your CT Dems flexibility. It allows us to move quickly when a strong candidate steps up, invest in organizing where momentum is already building, and respond when unexpected opportunities arise. Those choices are far harder to make when resources come in late.
We have started 2026 on solid footing with special election wins and growing grassroots engagement, and we want to make sure we are positioned to keep that momentum going.
If you are able, please consider chipping in today to help put us in the strongest possible position for the year ahead. [[link removed]]

Your support now helps shape what this cycle looks like from the very beginning. Thank you for being part of this work.
Sincerely,
Roberto Alves
