As a community organizer and city councilwoman in Flagstaff, Eva helped deliver wins like a living wage, paid parental leave, a climate action plan, and an Indigenous People’s Day resolution. Carrying these same ambitions to Congress, Eva champions a “people first” principle to fight against an authoritarian society.

“I will continue to fight for the people’s interests--not the interests of fossil fuel, arms manufacturers, the private prison industry or other industries that put profit before people.” - Eva Putzova.

Meanwhile, Rebecca has accomplished a great deal for her community as a human rights activist and organizer. She worked to make taxi services accessible to people in wheelchairs. She has also helped raise money for people detained in Tacoma’s private immigration prison, and she's been fighting for the rights of tenants and people experiencing homelessness. Now, Rebecca’s ready to fight against inaction in Congress. Her platform will address poverty, homelessness, the addiction epidemic, criminal justice reform, LGBTQ+ rights, and corruption on Capitol Hill.
