One year ago today, Donald Trump was sworn in for his second term.

Since that day, we have seen a lot of chaos and division coming out of DC. But here in Pennsylvania, I have been standing in the gap to protect our families, our schools, and our fundamental freedoms from the impacts of those policies.

Whether it is fighting to ensure our public schools are fully and fairly funded, standing up for reproductive rights, or working to keep our neighbors from going hungry during federal funding cuts, I haven't backed down.

But I can't keep up this fight alone. The GOP knows that if they can silence progressive voices like ours, they can push their extreme agenda through in Harrisburg without resistance.
