James, did you see this? JB Pritzker went nuclear on Trump’s efforts to tear down public education: “Books are being banned. History is being erased. Republicans want to punish teachers for telling the truth. Donald Trump and his cronies can f*** all the way off.” We must stand with educators because they are at the forefront of Trump and the GOP’s made-up culture war. The GOP doesn’t want our kids to get a good public education because their friends OWN the private schools. To protect our history, our books, and our children, we must fight back.
