Donald Trump is escalating ICE activity in Minnesota — and using the Justice Department to go after anyone who pushes back.

The Trump administration is launching politically motivated investigations and threatening to subpoena leaders who stand up to them. Today, they announced they’re coming after my office.

I’m suing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to stop the federal invasion of the Twin Cities and seeking accountability for the killing of Renee Good. Trump and his MAGA allies are targeting me because they want to derail this work.

I won’t back down, no matter what they do. But standing up to Trump takes resources. His administration wants to consume our time and drain our funds so we can’t stay focused on protecting Minnesotans’ rights.
