‌John,

Chances are, there are a lot of emails sitting in your inbox right now asking for money. I'm going to be honest with you, this is one of them. But I'm not going to tell you in all caps that the sky is falling. Instead, I will be clear with you about why I'm asking and how your support actually matters.

I know you work hard for your money. I don't take that lightly, and I believe you deserve to know what your contribution does in our political system and why it makes a difference for the future of our country.

If you're already ready to help me flip the Senate blue, you can make a donation and put your money toward our fight for a better future >> [link removed]

Money talks, John, but there's a lot of things it can say.

Billionaires and special interests are using their wealth to shape our laws and our elections to benefit themselves. Thanks to the Supreme Court's decision in Citizens United v. FEC, these interests can spend unlimited amounts of money influencing campaigns. Their focus isn't on working families or the long-term health of our democracy; it's on protecting their bottom line.

That's why grassroots, small-dollar donations matter so much. A $5 or $10 contribution on its own might not feel powerful, but when people across the country chip in what they can, it adds up quickly and it sends a very different message. It says we want a country where the middle class can thrive. It says we want affordable healthcare, real opportunity, and a democracy that answers to the people, not the wealthiest few.

Right now, I'm focused on laying the groundwork to flip the Senate blue this November. Not to score political points, but to finally hold Donald Trump accountable and help set our country back on a better path.

The best way we do that is by making sure Democrats have the resources to compete and to beat back the billionaire-funded machine that's trying to drown out everyday voices.

If you're ready to help flip the Senate blue, I hope you'll consider making a contribution today. Chip in to make a statement about the kind of country you want to live in and the future you believe we can build together >> [link removed]
