| In the last year, we've watched billionaires and corporate polluters tighten their grip on power while everyday people pay the price through higher costs, dirtier air, and more dangerous daily lives.
But I refuse to accept this as the new normal. Trump is losing support, and we're seeing signs that the tide is starting to turn. We've seen millions of you act to protect our climate, democracy, and one another by taking to the streets, calling legislators, creating and sharing art, writing public comments and letters, and so much more. History tells us that when a small percentage -- just 3.5 percent -- of the population mobilizes together on an ongoing basis, real change becomes inevitable. We're not there yet, but we are on our way.
Meeting this moment requires a strong, connected movement rooted in real people's experiences -- not just headlines or talking points. When we listen to one another, we become harder to divide, harder to silence, and harder to defeat.
