We're suing Bill de Blasio

As we hope you've heard, Women for America First is suing one of America's worst Mayors, NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio. Bill de Blasio badly overstepped his authority with his political stunt outside of Trump Tower. The "Black Lives Matter" painting has been needlessly expensive and divisive as the city deals with the world's worst outbreak of the Coronavirus and escalating violence, crime, and chaos.
If Bill de Blasio is going to allow New York City to endorse the activist message "Black Lives Matter" with a street painting and security detail outside of Trump Tower, they've got an obligation to give equal space and opportunity for other activist messages. Including Women for America First's slogan "Engaging, Inspiring and Empowering Women to Make a Difference!" That's why we had our lawyers formally request the opportunity to paint our own message on a prominent New York City street.
Well surprise, surprise, we never heard back from the de Blasio or the city about our request and now we're taking it to court.
We've hired some of the best legal minds, Ron Coleman and Mike Yoder, to fight for our rights provided by the Constitution and we're asking for help covering the legal expenses pursuing this matter. Donate by clicking here.
The good news is that it looks like we have a very strong case. A retired judge even told the NY Post last week, "It doesn’t strike me that function of a mayor is to start writing slogans on public streets that express political feelings. It shows a dereliction of responsibility at the very top in terms of the management of our city."
The bad news is that the communist Mayor of New York City is violating the rights of American citizens and unless we do something, it will only get worse.
Thank you for your support!
