Team, a year ago to date, this administration was officially sworn in, and with it, they ushered in a wave of new challenges and threats against everyday working people, including immigrants, nationwide.
Yet throughout this past year, our communities have demonstrated true commitment to each other. We’ve organized and taken action to keep each other safe.
Our work has never been more important, and with your incredible support, we’re able to achieve so much:
Halfway through the year, a federal court abruptly halted the Texas Dream Act, a 24-year-old law ensuring immigrant students could pay the same in-state tuition as their peers. This decision goes beyond a policy change, threatening the futures of thousands of young Texans seeking education and opportunity.
While federal agents terrorized city streets, from LA to Chicago to Minneapolis, disappearing people with no due process, United We Dream has provided timely resources to help keep our communities safe.
Your support was integral to all of these efforts, friend — so I’m asking you now:
Help us do more by making a contribution. Any amount that works for your budget will make a difference for our people-powered movement to uplift immigrant youth and protect our communities.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
The respective merchants of record for transactions to United We Dream Network are ActBlue Charities Inc. They receive and process those donations and subsequently give them to the organization or cause indicated on the contribution form within 30 days. This donation is tax-deductible.
We’re led by immigrant youth and powered by people like you. Thank you for contributing if you can.
In gratitude,
Aria, United We Dream
