I recently recorded a video update about a critical issue facing our state right now: the federal government’s ongoing effort to get criminal illegal aliens off the streets.

As you've no doubt seen, ICE is conducting operations across Minnesota, and the mainstream media and Democrat leaders are trying to create controversy around it.

Here's what I want you to know: the people being arrested are serious criminals. We're talking about pedophiles, rapists, drug dealers, and murderers being taken off our streets. These are exactly the kind of people who should be removed from our communities.

Yet Governor Walz, Attorney General Ellison, and Democrats in the legislature are actively working against these efforts. They are using inflammatory language and encouraging people to resist federal law enforcement. It is creating unnecessary danger for everyone. They're siding with criminals over victims, and frankly, if they continue down this path, I believe they should resign.

The chaos we're seeing in Minneapolis is a direct result of a lack of cooperation with federal law enforcement and the inciting language that Gov. Walz and Mayor Frey have used. When you look at states where governors and mayors have worked with ICE instead of against them, the operations are conducted smoothly. Federal law is clear about this, and we should be helping enforce it, not obstructing it.
