In Minneapolis, Renee Nicole Good was killed during an ICE operation. Instead of taking accountability and being transparent with the public, the Department of Homeland Security rushed to justify the killing.
In 2025, ICE recorded the highest number of deaths in custody in more than two decades. Medical experts and advocates have indicated that many of these deaths were preventable.
This is all happening under Secretary Kristi Noem’s leadership. Since she was appointed, DHS and ICE operations have grown more aggressive, more reckless, and more deadly. Congressional oversight has been blocked, investigations have been foiled, whistleblowers have been punished, and people have died.
Representative Robin Kelly has introduced articles of impeachment against Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, charging her with obstruction of Congress, violation of public trust, and self-dealing. More than 80 Democrats have already signed on to support impeachment proceedings.

The impeachment process will force hearings and bring hidden evidence into the open. We must send a message to every federal agency that abuses of power will not be tolerated and that human life cannot be treated as collateral damage.
