Dear neighbor, 

Last week, I emphasized my support for the efforts of the Iranian people, but warned against taking irresponsible military action that jeopardizes our servicemembers overseas. I urged Senate Republicans to quit delaying and pass the extension on ACA tax credits to help save affordable healthcare for CA-31 constituents like Toby, who shared their story with me on the devastating impacts of soaring healthcare costs. 

We need to support the efforts of the Iranian people without irresponsibly taking military action. Our national security and safety of our servicemembers overseas should remain a top priority.

From Medicaid cuts to rising grocery costs, we cannot afford the Trump agenda. I spoke with my constituent, Toby, on how their family is impacted. The House passed an extension on the ACA tax credits and now the Senate must stop delaying to pass the bill. We need affordable healthcare.
