These nominees are Trump loyalists. They refuse to tell the truth about the 2020 election. They dodge basic questions about January 6. They won’t even acknowledge an insurrection — all so they don’t upset Donald Trump.
And yet, 18 Senate Democrats keep voting to confirm them anyway.
It’s capitulation, and it’s unacceptable.
Trump has been explicit about his goal: stack the courts with judges who will protect him, enable authoritarianism, and bend the rule of law to serve one man. Every confirmation hearing is a chance to stop that power grab — and every Democratic “yes” vote helps him pull it off.
