John,
I will keep this brief.
Last cycle, we won a hard-fought and historic race. I became one of just two women currently representing Maryland in the U.S. House, and we did it by staying focused and showing up for voters across the district.
Now, we are over halfway through January, and we are not yet on track to hit our fundraising goal for the month.
This year brings a competitive Democratic primary. Billionaire David Trone is trying to take away our historic victory, and I know this will be another hard-fought race. Preparing early is the only way to protect the progress we made together.
I did not run for Congress to spend my time fundraising. I ran to do the work and deliver for Marylanders. But staying in this fight means making sure we stay on track.
Can I count on you to contribute $25 today to help us close the gap?
Here is a personal link for you: april4congress.com/CloseTheGap
Thank you for always being part of this effort.
Grateful,
April McClain Delaney
