We’re more than halfway through January, and we want to be honest with you.

We’ve taken time this week to review our fundraising numbers, and we’re
currently behind where we need to be. The holiday season set us back more than
expected, and the new year hasn’t brought the reset we were hoping for.

January is when the groundwork for the entire year is set. If we fall too far
behind now, it becomes much harder to catch up later — and we can’t afford that
with critical school board races ahead.
