Half the country is suing to stop Betsy DeVos’s war on students.

The Attorneys General of 22 states (and the District of Columbia) have united to push back against DeVos’s new rule to block loan forgiveness for students who were the victims of predatory, for-profit colleges and institutions.

These scam schools disproportionately target students of color -- but DeVos is now blocking the relief provided to student victims under President Obama.

The lawsuit comes at the same time that Trump’s Secretary of Education is attempting to force schools to re-open during a pandemic -- further proof that DeVos has no business making decisions that affect our country’s students. We support a student’s right to not be scammed, buried in student debt, or forced to return to an unsafe classroom -- will you stand with us and against DeVos? Tell us now:
