During this event, local sustainability coordinators and managers will share the work they’ve led so far, from energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives to resilience planning and community programs, and explain how having a full-time staff person makes these efforts possible. The conversation will focus on what has worked, what challenges they’ve faced, and what lessons other municipalities can apply in their own communities.
