California needs to follow Zohran Mamdani and Kathy Hochul’s lead on child
care.

I’m running to bring universal child care to the Golden State. [ [link removed] ]I’ll
tell you why, but first can you take a moment to chip in to my campaign?

New York is showing us exactly what leadership looks like. While the Trump
administration tries to freeze progress, New York is stepping up to fund
child care for 2-year-olds.

California needs to follow New York’s lead and treat child care as the
essential infrastructure it is. The cost of child care is often more than
a college education, meaning parents have to choose between starting a
family or pursuing their career.

If we want to grow our economy and step up for parents, we have to fund
child care.

It’s time to stop penalizing working families who are trying to make ends
meet. California needs universal child care now.
