This is How YOU Step Up - Supporting Working People, Support the Memphis Public Libraries Workers

Here is your call to action! On Tuesday, January 27, at 3pm, you will join with your comrades, library workers, the Memphis labor movement, and our community to turn out to City Council for the scheduled vote on the resolution to put library workers' civil service status on the ballot, a key stepping stone in your fight for their union recognition.

Your presence is needed to make visible MASSIVE community support.

The mobilization will begin soon after 3pm with a press conference led by Memphis Public Libraries - Workers United, with us entering City Council chambers before the meeting begins at 4pm.
