Praise God for justice in Uganda as four significant convictions were secured last month, including sentences for murder, child sexual assault, physical assault and defilement. We thank God for justice and for the courage of the survivors and teams who worked tirelessly to see these cases through. Pray for healing and restoration for every survivor as they experience life in freedom. |

Join us in praying for the Global Survivor Network leaders in Peru as they begin implementing the national advocacy plan designed during a recent workshop. We praise God for the powerful way survivors collaborated to set priorities, shape messages and equip themselves to influence policy. We are deeply grateful for the Lord’s blessing over this space, where leaders felt empowered to share their experiences and step boldly into their roles as agents of transformation. Please pray for divine guidance as they finalize their plan, strengthen one another and prepare to launch the campaign. |

Pray for 11 adults and nine children recently rescued from abuse at a brick kiln in South Asia. These six families were trafficked and forced to work for the last three years in awful conditions—until one young father escaped last week to find help. IJM and our local partner worked quickly to support the government and bring the victims to safety. Please pray for their health, long-term healing and safe return to their hometowns after years of exploitation. |

Let us rejoice and thank God for His faithfulness and justice in the arrest of a suspect involved in a trafficking case affecting six victims who were deceived and sent to work illegally in Malaysia. By God’s grace, the victims escaped harsh conditions, filed a complaint, and this long-awaited breakthrough has finally come. We praise God for the strong cooperation of local police and the diligent efforts of our team and partners to ensure the trafficker is held legally accountable. |

This February, our brothers and sisters across Canada will gather to contend for God’s justice, focusing on ending the online sexual exploitation of children (OSEC). Communities will seek God’s healing, protection and restoration as they pray for His light to break into places of deep darkness. May God prepare the hearts of those who will participate, helping them feel deeply connected to the mission of IJM, and may He use their prayers in mighty and transformative ways. | |
