ICE’s reign of terror across our country has been horrific, unacceptable, and absolutely lawless. 

I’m Democrat Raja Krishnamoorthi. For months, ICE agents have been wreaking havoc on our communities and operating without ANY accountability. And in front of our very eyes, this lawlessness has turned deadly.

That’s why I’ve been sounding the alarm on ICE since day one — and taking action.

It’s why I put it all on the line to demand access to ICE facilities. And even when ICE agents evicted me and called the police for “trespassing”, I stood my ground.

It’s why I introduced legislation to restrict the use of force by ICE and to literally unmask them. 

And it’s why I’ve called for Kristi Noem to testify before the Oversight Committee and answer for the actions of ICE agents.

Look, this is personal to me. My parents immigrated to this country when I was a baby.

Things weren’t always easy, but they believed more than anyone in the promise of this country. That’s what the American story is all about.
