Tonight’s Newshub poll (Labour 60.9, National 25.1, ACT 3.3) means: (1) ACT has its best result since 2004, and (2) New Zealand needs a strong ACT more than ever.



We’ve been the real opposition lately. On issue after issue, we’ve stood on principle. We defended freedom and democracy when no other party would.



We’ve also put forward positive, practical solutions to the real issues facing our country. Only ACT has a comprehensive 5-point plan to restart the economy and repay the debt.



A vote for ACT is vote for honest politics and a rejection of the scandals and sleaze.



The media now believe this election is a foregone conclusion and that Jacinda Ardern will sleepwalk to victory in September.

More than ever, we need to have a strong voice and more ACT MPs in Parliament to hold the others accountable.



New Zealanders from all walks of life are joining ACT as we focus on the real issues facing our country.



There’s a silver lining in the poll. NZ First and its odious brand of politics is finished. That kind of politics doesn’t belong in any democracy, let alone New Zealand’s. Please help us keep it out.
