This package includes
$158 million to address the cross-border sewage crisis, strengthens election security, supports small businesses and entrepreneurs, and protects investments in low-income communities across San Diego. It also pushes back against attempts to gut programs that help families and local job creators succeed.
This is what responsible governing looks like. But national groups and outside interests don’t like it, and they’re already gearing up to attack Democrats who are willing to stand up and get things done.
