Impeach Secretary Noem

This week, I led more than 95 of my colleagues to introduce three articles of impeachment against Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem to hold her accountable for reckless and unlawful actions. 

I filed three articles of impeachment against Secretary Noem: 

1. Obstruction of Congress: Secretary Noem blocked Members of Congress, including me, from accessing ICE detention facilities. She also illegally froze already-appropriated emergency funds.
2. Violation of Public Trust: Secretary Noem endangered public safety by directing her rogue agents to conduct warrantless arrests and use excessive force. She’s broken due process and the First and Fourth Amendments.
3. Self-Dealing: Secretary Noem used her office for her own personal gain, steering a federal contract to an ad firm run by a friend. She misused $200 million taxpayer dollars in her propaganda campaign to recruit ICE agents.
