Team,

As I get ready for the inauguration, I’ve been thinking a lot about what this moment represents — not just for me, but for everyone who believed in this campaign and worked to make it possible.

I ran for Governor with a clear promise: to put Virginia families first, lower costs, strengthen our schools, and keep our communities safe. I feel incredibly hopeful about the work ahead and deeply honored by the responsibility Virginians have entrusted to me.

But I also know this truth: winning an election is only the beginning.

The progress we fought for doesn’t happen automatically. It happens because people stay engaged. After all, leaders are supported, and we continue to invest in the values and candidates who can deliver real results.

So, thank you for continuing to stand by me in this next chapter.
