The left derided him at the time, but my father was correct.  He predicted what happens when we allow the extreme Left to hijack our institutions. 

In the last few years, we’ve seen a rise in:

— Using Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) mandates to push Marxism and racism on college campuses.

— Parents across the country suing for their constitutional and parental rights after discovering that schools are advising their children to transition genders and then HIDING IT FROM THEIR PARENTS.

— Groups such as the teachers’ unions who are fighting against school choice and endorsing racial discrimination against students and staff.

The Goldwater Institute is going on a major offensive strategy to defeat the growing “woke” movement in our education system and eliminate DEI. I’ve set a goal to raise $100,000 before the end of the month to fund this new initiative.

The Goldwater Institute has developed model legislation that expressly forbids public universities and schools from using political tests to filter out candidates in any decision related to admissions, hiring, or promotion, as well as from giving special consideration to applicants based on their endorsement of partisan, political, or ideological views.

Under this new law, schools will be required to make sure that all admission, hiring, and promotion-related decisions are based solely on merit and qualifications rather than on political considerations. 

This would ensure that individuals are evaluated solely on their abilities and achievements, without any bias or prejudice based on their political affiliations or beliefs.
