I am joining my colleagues in introducing articles of impeachment to remove
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.

Her cruelty in our cities, violation of the Constitution, and allowing the
senseless killing of our neighbors needs to stop.

Secretary Noem is openly dodging the law and concealing human rights abuses to
protect herself and those who acted unlawfully under her watch from
accountability. She is mistaken if she thinks that will work. I am going to do
everything in my power to hold her accountable.

What happened in Minneapolis, and what’s happening in cities all over the
country, is horrific. ICE isn’t going after criminals; they’re going after
anyone who doesn’t fit their racist definition of an American.

Our nation demands that our justice system be carried out transparently and in
accordance with our Constitution.

Will you join me in denouncing the cruelty Secretary Noem is inflicting on our
country and in holding her actions accountable?
