Join me for a Virtual Town Hall
I hope you and your loved ones are healthy and safe in this dark and turbulent moment for our state.
My office has received a high volume of communication from community members concerned about federal activity in Minnesota. Rightfully so – we've had several incidents right here in Rochester where our friends and neighbors, including legal residents and citizens, were wrongfully kidnapped by ICE agents uninterested in verifying status before forcing someone into a vehicle. This blatant violation of our constitutional rights is unconscionable, and I refuse to stand idly by.
I know many of you feel the same. That’s why I’m joining Sen. Liz Boldon and Rep. Kim Hicks for a Senate District 25 virtual town hall on Thursday, January 22nd at 7pm. Please register and submit topics or questions ahead of the town hall so we can be sure to cover as much as possible. We hope you can join us.
