*                                         Governor Kehoe Announces Four Gubernatorial Appointments*

*JEFFERSON CITY, MO *– Today, Governor Mike Kehoe announced four gubernatorial appointments to various boards and commissions.

*Emmett Bryson*, of St. Joseph, was appointed as the director of *Missouri Division of Credit Unions*.

Mr. Bryson currently serves as the acting director for the Missouri Division of Credit Unions. He has been with the division since 2007 and previously worked as a credit union executive. He is a member of the Masonic Home of Missouri board and previously served as treasurer of the St. Joseph Historical Society. Bryson received his bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Missouri Western State University.

*William Harlow*, of Marshall, was appointed to the* State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors*.

Mr. Harlow is the owner of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home, where he formerly served as general manager before purchasing the business in 2021. An active member of his community, he remains involved in several organizations, including the Missouri Coroners and Medical Examiners Association, the National Funeral Directors Association, and the Marshall FFA Alumni Association. He holds an associate's degree in mortuary science from Kansas City Kansas Community College.

*Penny Kampeter*, of Bowling Green, was appointed to the *Board of Nursing Home Administrators*.

Ms. Kampeter is an educator for the Quality Improvement Program for Missouri, a joint service between the University of Missouri's Sinclair School of Nursing and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. She previously worked as the administrator for Tri-County Care Center in Vandalia and recently served as the District VI representative for the Missouri Health Care Association. Kampeter holds a bachelor's degree in health services from the University of Missouri–Columbia.

*George Speckman*, of Smithville, was appointed to the *Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission*.

Mr. Speckman is a long-time real estate appraiser for Pinnacle Valuation Services, Inc., after working as a publisher for Touchdown Publications. Speckman has played an active role in civic service across northwest Missouri, having served as city administrator for the cities of Savannah, Plattsburg, and Maysville. He also served as an alderman for the City of Savannah. Speckman earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Northwest Missouri State University.
