Last year, the Pennsylvania House voted on critical gun violence prevention legislation, and the results were infuriating: 

❌ We were one vote short of advancing a ban on undetectable, plastic firearms.

❌ We were one vote short of advancing a ban on the kind of unregulated machine-gun conversion devices that killed Brackenridge, PA Police Chief Justin McIntire.

❌ We were one vote short of advancing an Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) law, also known as a “red flag” law.

We were one House vote short of passing bills to prevent suicides, mass shootings, and the needless early deaths of kids, teens, and adults across the Commonwealth. 

Meanwhile, leadership in the Pennsylvania Senate won't even look at critical public safety bills.

Now, we're in a major election year. In 2026, we're going to take back the legislature from politicians who are beholden to the NRA and elect a bold gun-safety majority. And we need your help.

Here’s the plan:

If we’re going to be successful, we need to start now. Our goal is to raise $250,000 by March 31 so we can control the narrative around public safety as state legislative campaigns get off the ground.

Right now, two generous donors (one from Bucks County and one from Philadelphia) have pledged to MATCH every dollar you give—up to $25,000. Your $50 becomes $100. Your $25 becomes $50. Every dollar you give through this email will have double the impact and help flip the legislature.
