As Marketplace Open Enrollment comes to a close, it's important that we keep the pressure on the Senate to pass the clean three-year extension of the enhanced premium tax credits, which the House passed last week.

Because of Congress' lack of action during this current enrollment period, millions of Americans are seeing their premiums skyrocket, and millions will choose to go uninsured because of those increases, eroding recent health care coverage gains.
