My Bipartisan Great American Outdoors Act is Heading to The President's Desk

Earlier this week, the U.S. House passed in a strong bipartisan vote, my Great American Outdoors Act.

This historic bipartisan bill provides full, permanent funding of the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) and addresses the maintenance backlog facing the nation’s national parks and public lands.

This is one of the most important conservation legislation in over 50 years to protecting our public lands, our national parks and our Montana way of life.

The good news is I secured an agreement from President Trump a few months ago to sign this bill once it’s on his desk. I look forward to the President signing this historic conservation victory into law.
