I’m anticipating a demanding year in Congress — standing up to extremism, protecting reproductive freedom, and doing the everyday work of delivering results for West Michigan. At the same time, I know we can’t afford to take our eyes off the 2026 midterms.

The House majority is within reach. Just three seats stand between where we are now and a House that can check Trump, stop chaos in Washington, and actually work for working families.

And Michigan is central to that fight.

Republicans are already gearing up to spend millions here. They’re counting on fatigue. They’re counting on Democrats waiting too long to get organized. I’m not doing either.
