The Samuel J. Friedman Health Center for the Performing Arts is thrilled to welcome Sports Medicine specialist, Dr. Shrina Parekh to our practice! Born and raised in London, Dr. Parekh grew up immersed in the West End theater scene, where her fascination with the human body in action inspired a lifelong passion for keeping performers and athletes at their peak. Her experience includes professional baseball with the Philadelphia Phillies, NCAA track and field, MMA “Cage Fury” competitions, the Chicago Marathon and now Broadway. She is committed to ensuring that everyone who works in entertainment moves safely and performs at their peak.
