The Hudson Valley is standing up for justice, accountability, and basic humanity.

Right now, ICE is proposing to set up a mass detention facility right here in our community. That would mean ripping families apart, expanding a broken detention system, and bringing fear and cruelty into our backyard. They said they want it to be like “Amazon Prime, for human beings.”

That’s unspeakably cruel, unpatriotic, and un-American.

Let’s be clear: this is wrong — and we are fighting back.
