Patriot,

Recently, New York City Mayor Mamdani’s Tenant Director, Cea Weaver, made a
statement that should alarm every American who values freedom and equal
treatment under the law.

She said the goal is to “transition from treating property as an individual
good to a collective good,” adding that “Whites especially will be impacted.”

Let’s be clear about what this really means.

When property ceases to be an individual right, it becomes a political tool.
When rights are redefined as “collective goods,” they are no longer rights at
all, only privileges granted (or revoked) by those in power.

History has shown us, again and again, where this road leads.

At the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE), we educate students about the
dangers of socialism to ensure the next generation understands these lessons
before they are forced to live them.

When you make a donation of any amount, we’ll send you a FREE digital copy of
The XYZ’s of Socialism. This clear, accessible guide equips readers to
recognize and challenge collectivist thinking wherever it appears.

Socialism is often paraded as compassionate, fair, and morally superior —
especially to young people who have never experienced its real-world
consequences.

But behind the comforting language of “collective good” lies coercion,
division, and the erosion of personal liberty.

I lived behind the Iron Curtain and have seen the devastation and suffering
it causes the people who were forced to endure it. It’s why I’ve personally
spent decades countering the lies of socialism — as a writer, speaker,
educator, and as former president of FEE.

That’s why FEE is educating students nationwide about:

* Why private property is essential to human flourishing
* How economic freedom lifts people of all backgrounds
* The moral and practical failures of socialism, no matter how it’s packaged
Through online media, classroom programs, teacher training, student seminars,
and in-person events, FEE educates and inspires young people with the timeless
principles of liberty, personal responsibility, and free markets.

Today, I’m asking you to stand with us in this vital mission.

Your donation will stem the tide of socialism and rekindle the principles of
liberty in the next generation.
